- You enter the applicant's name and email. They receive a secure link to complete a background check through TransUnion SmartMove. Results include credit score, criminal history, and eviction records.
- Can tenants submit maintenance requests?
- Yes. Each unit gets a unique link (QR code included) that tenants can use to submit requests with photos. You manage and track them from your dashboard.
- What payment methods are supported?
- Tenants can pay via ACH bank transfer or credit/debit card through Stripe. You can also manually record cash, check, or other offline payments.
